Daily visits to your home - We specialize in taking great care of your pets by visiting and playing with them once or more each day you are away.

Dog Walking (Group or private)
Our group walks offer valuable socialisation to break up your pups day. We offer 1 hour and ½ hour options. Our morning groups come out to Frolic Farms

Doggie Day Care
Frolic Farmstead is located on the outskirts of Richmond, providing a natural, safe spacious environment for your pup to run, play and explore. Free pickup and drop off in Richmond.

Doggie Holiday Homes
We have wonderful families who will care for your dog in their own home. We match your dog to the ideal family and arrange a consultation beforehand.

Once you are one of our valued customers, you can make your holiday arrangements knowing that there will always be someone available to care for your pets.
Even at short notice, once our initial consultation is complete, we are just a text, email or phone call away. We are also happy to keep your key on file.
We are registered with Pet Sitters International, fully insured and come highly recommended by vets, groomers and the SPCA.

Your Questions, Answered

Cat visits are 30 minutes, dog visits from 35 minutes. However, we increase the time according to how many pets are in the household. After completing all the jobs that need to be done, we allow sufficient time for lots of TLC to ensure that your pet is happy and healthy. Our prices reflect the amount of work involved and length of time we believe is appropriate. Of course, if you’re worried your pet needs a longer visit that can be arranged too.

Absolutely!!! We believe the key to having happy dogs at home is exercise! If you request 2 visits per day, then your dog can have 2 walks per day.

For Pet Sitting bookings, we recommend that you have a lock box on the property to store your key. These can be purchased from hardware stores.
If you plan on making a number of bookings and do not wish to leave a key on the property, we can keep your keys on file but we will need 3 copies to ensure that each sitter has one.
We do not operate a pick up and drop off service for keys.
